Breakfast
Stay at home
2 fresh eggs with rice and onions scrambled and fried with seasonings. Side bowl with cold or hot rice topped with brown sugar or honey.
OR
Bowl of fresh mixed fruit; bananas, papaya, grapes, mangos, rambutan*
* The fruit is round to oval about 2 to 3 inches long and 3 to 4 inches around. The skin is leather like and reddish, and covered with fleshy pliable spines that look like hairs. The name rambutan, derived from the Malay word rambut which means hairs. (They sort of look like big fat red spiders.) The fruit flesh is translucent, whitish or very pale pink, with a sweet, mildly acidic flavor. The single seed is brown; it is poisonous and should not be eaten with the fruit flesh.

Big bowl of muesli cereal in plain yogurt covered with fresh cut watermelon, pineapple, bananas, and orange slices and topped with honey.A side basket of fresh baked bread, a cup of coffee and either water or a pineapple smoothie.

Ba mee (yellow noodles) soup with pork, a blend of lemon grass,* lime juice and fish sauce**, garlic, lettuce leaves (small pieces) , bean sprouts, green onions, coriander leaves (chopped), strips of thin sliced pork top the bowl with red chili flakes and sugar.
OR
Pork meatball soup, similar to above only with meatballs, tends to be a little more spicy and noodles vary in type or consistency.
** Fish sauce; called "nam bplah" in Thai, or literally "fish water," genuine fish sauce is the water, or juice, in the flesh of fish that is extracted in the process of prolonged salting and fermentation. It is made from small fish that would otherwise have little value for consumption.
